BASICS is a service of Penn State University Health Services and must follow all confidentiality requirements as outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) of 1996, other laws, and Penn State's internal policies. Based on the answers you give us, we will create your Personalized Alcohol Use Feedback Profile. You will receive the Feedback Profile when you meet in-person with a BASICS interventionist. The Personalized Feedback Profile is only as accurate as the responses you provide. Please be as honest as possible this is not a test; it is ok to estimate answers if you are not sure.
